Shane Maine has extensive experience in the launch, financing and growth of IT companies. He has led acquisitions of 30+ private companies and is the co-founder of Pivot (TSX:PTG), Quisitive (TSXV:QUIS), Converge Technology Solutions (TSX:CTS), Fulcrum Automation (TSXV:MCLD), Optm and Sequent AI.

Greg Gallagher is Sequent AI’s Chief Executive Officer. Gallagher’s leadership of the Sequent AI team follows seven years as The Broe Group’s Chief Investment Officer. Previous management experience includes roles as President and CEO of Pivot (TSX:PTG) and Wells Fargo Senior VP of Corporate Finance. The Notre Dame and North Carolina Chapel Hill alumnus has extensive experience in corporate transactions, securities, mergers & acquisitions and debt/equity financing.

Kyle Lanzinger is the President of Sequent AI. Kyle has previous experience in investment banking at a large Canadian bank and has led over 10 acquisitions in the technology and services industries. He has extensive experience in capital raising and M&A for public and private companies.

Warren Barnes is a former CEO and CFO of Pivot (TSX:PTG). With over 20 years of experience in executive management, Warren has extensive expertise in operations and finance. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree with an emphasis on Accounting and Marketing from California State University, Long Beach and an MBA from Pepperdine University.

Executive Vice President Jacob Bock leads the company’s corporate development and its mergers and acquisitions activity. Prior to Sequent, Jacob was the director of investments at The Broe Group, responsible for the evaluation of investments across real estate, infrastructure, transportation, logistics, and energy. Previously, the University of Pennsylvania graduate specialized in commercial real estate capital markets while at HFF.
